5. You are in a famous beach in Goa, doing a live T.V programme. Describe the sight around. (5)

6. Read the following passage and make notes of it.

The human brain is spherical like a ball. It is divided into two halves called two hemispheres. The right hemisphere controls the working of the left side of the body while the left hemisphere controls the right side. Furthermore, each hemisphere controls certain kinds of mental activity. In most people reasoning or logical thinking, and the learning of mathematic and languages is controlled by left hemisphere, while abilities in arts, crafts, music, dance and sports are controlled by the right hemisphere. (5)

8. You are Managing Director of a home made chocolate manufacturing unit. Prepare an attractive display advertisement to increase the sale of the product. (5)

10. You are to be sworn in as the school leader tomorrow. Prepare a speech to be delivered just before the oath taking ceremony thanking all those who elected you and declaring your future plans. (5)

11. You are compering the annual day celebration of your school. The Education Minister of Kerala is the chief guest of the function. You want to invite him to the stage for prize distribution. Write a few sentences you would say on the occasion. (4)

12. The Nature club in your school has organized the following programme. Attempt a report of it to be published in the local evening daily. The programme chart is given for you.
